Any got ideas on how to stop smoking. Im finding it hard and start going crazey after a few hours.

I know how everyone in my family quits...
They get real sick they end up in the hospital where you cna't smoke for 4 days so after that they figure they made it 4 days why not just quit.

I'm assuming you dont want to get extremly ill if you dont have too.....
Well...
I know some one who bought a box of cigaretts then said thaat was thier last box so they kinda budgeted that box then they were done and they havent smoked since.

I'm not asking you to leave this one b/c this one is great to just come get registered and lets get it runnin.

I have heard of people taking a cigarette per boc out and one extra per box after the first, so the first box you take one out the second you take 2 out so on and so forth until you finally just smoke fewer and fewer. I've also heard of people breaking the cigs off so you dont smoke the whole thing, going off the same principle of the last idea until you are smoking almost nothing and then quit. If all else fails you could try hypnosis
