Something wrong with my O??

I got two oscars a month ago, one tiger, and one albino...the problem is I think something's wrong with him, I've seen other tigers on the internet, they don't look so pale, this fish is almost completely gray and health wise I can't find anything wrong with it, it jumps to get food, even bullies the other oscar from time to time, eats more than the other fish...but as you can see his appearance isn't so great, his eyes have this reddish look to them, his colors aren't as vibrant, I honestly just thought he was stressed at the fish store, and as soon as I got it home he'd regain his colors in a month or so, but here we are and I see no changes at all, I chose this oscar since it was the biggest one they had at the time, I suspected he was ill or had some kind of parasite so I used Methylene blue on the entire tank, and he's still the same, is it possible this is his natural color? he has hiding spots just in case someone asks
