Are my two tanks big enough

I have a 52 gallon with a 5 inch Black ghost knife, 8 inch Brownn african knife, 5 inch Eclpise cat, 5 inch pleco, and a 8 inch Dragon fish ( dragon goby). I wan to know if that is big enough to add a arwana and a jaguar cichlid
In my other tank i have a 7 inch Fresh water needle fish, 10 inch dino eel, a 6inch chocolate pleco and 2 gold gouramis that are 4 inches. In that tank i want to add a Queen knife and a peacock eel. This tank is 56 gallon. I dont have any live plants in this tank but i do in the 52.
What do you feed these fish. Because its kinda a expencive tank.
