Sick Green Terror

Hello my green terror in my 55 gallon tank is infected. All of the water parameters are in normal ranges and I was pretty sure Ich was the cause of sickness. So I treated the terror with QuICk Cure while following all directions for 3 days and have had no results. I changed the water and now ive tried a copper sulfate product called Copper Safe. I added the product to the tank yesterday and it says it treats the tank for a month. Is it too early to see results? I would have thought whatever is infecting the terror would be gone by now. Im not sure if its even ich now but those products treat for more than just ich so what else could it be? I have pictures so any advice or help would be great. Thanks
