What size sick tank can i get that i can use for my saltwater and my freshwater if i need to dont want anything that is big because i dont have the room for it. I have 3 tanks now and i think that it would probley be a good idea to have one.
A 10 gal is perfect for fish that are not over 6". any over that need a 20 gal or 29 gal tank, like a Oscar.. NO deco but a cave like structure, as a clay unused flower pot and scatter some tank gravel on the bottom of the tank..some fish get confused on top to bottom..a small filter, and a heater is all you need. I have 2 and sometimes fry are housed in one, like now..
Like Barb said, it depends on the size fish you have. I agree with her guidelines. You need a tank big enough for the fish you might put in it, or else you're just wasting space and money with one that's too small.
