i think one of my o's is sick and all it does is sit on the bottom of the tank the other on beat it up bad but now i don't know what to do there not fighting any more but its not eatting or anything even if it take it out and feed it in another tank what should i do 

If it has been badly beaten you need to separate it and treat any wounds (melafix, pimafix, aquarium salt), ensure water quality is up to spec (Ammonia & nitrite = 0, nitrates try to keep as low as possible 40ppm max but 20 if you can manage).  Keep monitoring it, to ensure wounds heal and given time it should come back round.  I wouldn't feed it for a few days either, if it is not eating you are only adding unnecessary bio load to the hospital tank.

yeah I was surprised how quick O's recover from wounds....one of mine managed to get a good gash on his belly from being stupid.....that was less than a week ago and you cant even tell now!

When one of my O's get picked on, all he does is lay at the bottom and gasp. He's not physically hurt, just..upset. He won't eat while he is upset either. After about a day, he's fine.....until it happens again. It doesn't happen too often.
