I think it would be best to leave the oscars look after the eggs. The parents will fan the eggs so they dont develop fungis etc.
If the eggs are a slight brown colour they have been fertilised. If they are white then they are setirle eggs and should be removed.
If you choose to seperate the eggs from the parents, remove all fish into another rather than moving the eggs and make sure your tank has plenty of water circulation from power heads etc;. Also adding a bit of methylene blue at a weak dose to help keep fungis at bay.
3 days to a week to hatch
Personally Id rather leave the parents in and remove any other tank mates.
