I did a partial water change today and every since my Oscars have been at the very top of the tank. They have thier mouths at the surface of the water and have been there all day if I disturb them they will go down to the bottom or midway the tank but quickly return to the surface. Is there something wrong with the water or is this some ritual? Please tell me. . .

There are many questions that you need to answer if you want help.
how big of a tank?
how much water did you change?
did you declor the new water?
Do you have airstones with an air pump, pumping air into the tank?
