I need MAJOR help in breeding brichardi

Postby cuterajnj on Mon Aug 29, 2005 7:38 pm

Hey, I have been keeping brichardi for about 4 years now. My first pair bred and they have a few babies, and then when the light in the entire east cost of US turned off, they brichardi died! I got a few other ones, and now I have been housing them (6) in a 55gal tank. Everything is perfect, the water is 79 degrees, hardness is good, salt is there, and water changes were made many times during the whole time i kept them. Now i totally lost hope. They are all about 3-4 inches. I have 2 pairs and they both fight off each other when they enter the territorities. They have been doing this for about a year now, but still no eggs or babies. Please help me. I searched for many ways to induce spawning, but i have lost all hope. I even add a new brichardi once in a while to kick up some commotion, but it dosen't help.
