well a few days ago the water in my tank got really cloudy and i don't know why or how to get rid of it. it's white so i don't think it's algae and i tried doing a water change but that just seemed to make it worse. anybody know what this is?

cloudy water

As I recall from your other posts, this is a fairly new setup. Often you will get some cloudiness soon after a new setup, between gravel dust and bacterial bloom. Keep on top of your water parameters -- ammonia/nitrite/nitrate. You may need to do some extra water changes, and watch the amount you're feeding. It should clear up OK.
