very very good filtration , atleast 10x turnover if using HOB filters and 4 to 5x if canister. And about 50g to each O. Titanium heater is suggested as they break glass ones.
What size tank you have and how many do you want decides what you really need ,but some guidelines are listed above

Probably a Plecostamus... Those are the sucker-mouthed catfishes that eat algae. Their really ugly, and have a rigid fin.

Wow, really? Thats crazy, man. Those Plecostamus tend to be really tough. I guess it just depends on the individual Oscar, I've heard of Plecos doing really well with them.
