Hi everyone!
So weired, I got up, and there's eggs looking thing in the tank....
I hope some body can answer me a few questions:

1. What is gold fish eggs looks like?
2. How long does it take to fertalize?
3. Would female gold fish lay eggs without the male fish???
4. Does the eggs gets bigger? How long before I notice the difference?
5. Is it normal that the eggs are layed all over the place? (I always tho that fish lays their eggs all in one nice spot)
6. How do I keep them? Is there anything that I need to watch out for?

Please answer my questions

1 - little clear or amber balls
2 - a few minutes
3 - yes ,but they obviously won't be fertile
4 - no
5 - gold fish often scatter eggs,usually around plants though
6 - if theres no male,theres nothing to watch for

if theres a pair,watch for the parents eating the eggs or babies

they wont be goldfish eggs. it isnt the season. and if they are, in a tank the fry wont last.

mid to late summer when its baking hot they goldies go mad for it (both tank and pond ive found)

may be differant in america so im not 100%

I can't immagine that it would be too different...same basic climate, ya know. But alas, I've never kept goldies, so I would have not real way of knowing.

umm if they are fertile you can get a little net looking thing to latch ontot your tank when they hatch, and then movw them when they are bigger. But don't keep them in the tank with the gold fish of kiss them good bye

I saw them!!! They came out and they were like so little, all you can see is just the 2 dots, the belly and a hair for a tale...
But it was too late, i tho it's good to leave the parrents in there with them... they are all gone
I guess i'll try better again the next time, it just they came so soon and I wasn't prepare for it. But thanks guys, you guys are awsome!
