I have little white things all over my rocks along the wall but they are not on my oscars or on the walls any one know what it might be????????????????

It really depends...can you post a picture? Its really hard to describe the shape of fish eggs other that the...obvious...round...but other things are round too. Maybe someone could point you to a picture of some ocscar eggs?

That being done. Little white worms, that appear from the gravel,
does that sound like what they are?
They are not harmful, however it is a sign your gravel needs to be cleaned. Give your gravel a good vacuum, and they should disappear in about a week.
