HI and welcome to the forum. I take it this is the first time, for your O's to lay eggs.
What colour are the eggs.
Pleco's can be egg eaters, you might consider a tank divider to keep them away from the eggs.
What type of Africans do you have?
How big is the tank?
Can't give you much more information,to help you out, without you giving us some more information. Ok. Post back.Once again welcome to the forum.

Fertilized eggs should be a beige colour, non fertilized will be whitish. Now as for moving the eggs, I would wait and see, if the eggs develop first or not. It would be a shame to go through all the effort to of moving the eggs, only to find out they are sterile What happened the first time, to the eggs, were they all eaten?
One problem with moving eggs from one tank to the next is keeping the water chemistry the same. Sometimes it is best to leave the eggs and move the wigglers, that actually survive.
