hey guys just wondering if these guys r shy or what cos i bort one the other day and i he does is hide under a rock please help is this normal or is he a dud

Don't know about them but if you just got it, might need some time to get acclimated to new environment etc...before it has the courage to go out in the open...

hi guys.....think this is quite typical for most cats....most of them have a nocturnal nature about them...hence why they generaly have barbels,to help search for food etc in muddy waters or night time.they feel safer in a darker environment.and unfortunatly some fish adopt this attitude too,and you never seem to see em much due to hiding until lights are out...:)
