you have to remember, this subject isnt really that popular. many people that know dont give 2 shits about their fish. i take the time with my O's and other fish because i care about them like the rest of you do. trust me, its better to have a few votes that count than have a few hundred that dont. who do you want making to desicions for this site? the ones who care or the ones who dont? anyways, this is a great site and i hope its here to stay because its been a big help to me and ive only been on it for a short time.

good point - but in order to make the site interesting to more people,we need input - the input from active and/or interested members is great! but it's hard to dedicate time and space to other catagoies,chats ,etc.. when only a few of the 1,934 members vote

the highest vote so far is 6 people for an option,so less then 1% of the members want /support it



but on a better note we're up to 14 votes now

vote added for webhead1,who is haveing problems logging in (hopefully fixed now) . Who asked what the predatory forum would include?

I see it as a forum for any large fish kept in aquariums that are not cichlids. - Piranhas, Peac0ck bass,Snakeheads, Datanoids , Arowanas, Arapaimas maybe some of the larger catfish (redtails-shovelnose etc), and similar types - but all that doesn't fit in the poll option easily

Just an update on some of the poll options:

Predator catagory? - piranhas,snakeheads,lungfish etc.. votes 8

seems to be in the lead so it may be possiable

African cichlid catagory? votes 2

with only 2 votes and the past history,seems like they'd be left as part of the "cichlids" forum so more people would participate

more active chat room? votes 3

as of the start of the poll I have yet to see anyone actively use the chat room.

For those of you that use the portal the chat box on the left side of the screen means you are in chat - but just sitting there idol,if your not useing it.

yea, I like that idea too! I never really liked catch and release too much(drooling over cut-throat trout from yellow-stone), and if I don't eat them would be cool to stick them in my aquarium
If you haven't tasted cut-throat trout you really have to, I think it's much tastier than the others. oh anyway back to topic, we're over the 2,000 member mark

took second place but so far I've only seen 2 member's active in it. It's kind of hard for admins or mods (or members even) to decide on some times and commit to those times when noone uses it
