Hi, It's been a while...
I've had a red devil crab for about a year now. Real neat to watch. Sunday morning we woke up to find him shedding his shell for the first time. The new shell was absolutely georgous. He was down to shedding the last of his legs when he suddenly died. Does anyone know what could have happened?

Sorry to hear that, unfortunately can't think of any good reason.(maybe it is a lot more sensitive to water parameters during shedding? )
