Is there a way for stoping algae from over growing?
Cause my one of my tank is near the window so algae grows, when i mean over growing like green water.
I remember something or reading from a book that plants stop algae from growing is it true?

Yes it is true that plants can REDUCE the amount of algea because they will consume the nutrients that the algea needs to grow, but it won't completely fix a problem.
what is your Nitrates at? when you have high nitrates that can cause you to have an overgrowth of algea.
I have most of tanks right in the sun or around a window so they are either in the sunlight or in a well lit room. Plus I turn the lights on for part of the night, so I would say they are in the light for about 18 hours a day and I have no algea what so ever.
If you keep you nitrates really low you shouldn't
