basically, all the shrimp need are salt water (temp around 80), and something to aggitate them (an airstone). i think buying it would be a lot better than trying to raise your own because it is time consuming.
one method is to...
take a goldfish bowl fill it with saltwater, add enough airstones to keep the eggs moving and keep it around 80F.
if you dont have one, or want a DIY..
take a soda bottle and drill a hole in the center of the cap (big enough for an air tube). fill the bottle up with salt water and the brine shrimp eggs. in the cap, thread the tube through and connect an airstone (the airstone will be in the bottle). of course the other end of the tube goes to an air pump. cap the bottle tight, because you are going to turn it upside down (bottom facing the sky). turn on the air pump and to keep the temp up to 78-82. (you can do this buy sticking it in your tank)
