i have a 46 gallon with a bow front and i have a pengiun 330 and a penguin 170 filter on it and the water at the top of the tank seems to be cloudy but the water at the bottom is really clear. do you no what could be making it do that. i have changed the filters and that didnt do anything and i have changed some of the water and that still didnt help at all so i have no idea what could be making it do that.

How long has the tank been setup, and what is your ammonia and nitrates checking out?
