TigerOlover, I'm a bit confused now about the user names ...
But one thing: I'd get a bigger tank ASAP - no, two! Your tank is much too small even for swordtails, not to speak of angelfish. And the plecos and catfish might get too large soon, depending on the species. Also, platies and swordtails prefer hard water with alkaline PH, whereas tetras and angels like it soft and a bit acidic.
The fry you saw were probably young platies or swordtails, they might be got eaten by their parents or the other inhabitants.
It's IMHO not a good idea to mix platies and swordtails, or different breeds of either of them, if you ever considered to give the young ones away. They can crossbreed and produce hybrids nobody wants.
If you want to keep all that fish, I'd get a big tank for the angelfish and tetras and perhaps catfish, and another for the lifebearers and frogs. Swordtails are fast and active swimmers and need more room. Else I'd only keep the platies and frogs and perhaps plecos (if they are small sized) and find a good new home for the others.
Sorry to have no better news.
Oh, I'm just thinking this could have been a late April Fool's joke. If yes, you got me
