Should i set it up like a reg freshwater with the same kinda freshwater filter and heater. What are some Good easy to keep fish and coral to keep. im going to use crushed coral. And i saw some clown fish at the store they were really little and were orange with white like thick stripes across them could i keep 1 of them in a 20L

You could keep clowns. There are several other small salt fish you could keep also. A flame angle is a pretty fish and only grows to approx. 3" Some types of blennies or gobies would work.

Yeah a basic FW heating and filtering system works on a tank that small.

Mushrooms are a pretty easy coral to keep.

PH should be around 8.0-8.3....IMO it is more important to keep it constant than exactly 8.2. A constant ph of 8.0-8.3(meaning virtually no fluxuations if possible)

I agree with Clint. I would set it up with only fish before adding corals or mushrooms. Fish are more forgiving with water fluctuations then corals are. Clowns would be a great fisrt fish they are very hardy and very colorful, firefish are another good starter fish, as are bangii cardinals.
