Acctually it is not nessesaryto feed the fry until they are free swimming. In the wriggler stage they are eating off of the yolk sac still and require no nutrients from you. Here is a set up that has worked well for me:
Take a 1 gal glass jar, add airstones and small heater, add water from parents tank, and add enough of the melancholiteblue to tint the water. Place the wigglers/eggs in here. change water 20% daily. Dont feed the wigglers as it pollutes the water and they don't need it.
Within 7-10 days they should be free swimming and ready for a 5 gal tank containing a filter with a filter sleeve. At this time you can start feeding them. The most common food is finely crushed flake and baby brine shrimp. There are liquid foods available, but they are more pricy (but not better) then the above mentioned.
