Well, emailing me the zip file as an attachment is fine. You can also use the www.cichlidfish.com/upload.html
page though to email zip files. I think it should work with just about any type of file. You just click the "browse" button to search your computer(hard drive) for the file you want to upload and when you've selected it you just click the upload button.
