hi readers...just wondering how long after they lay will the female lay again.And how mant times should i let the oscars lay per year...

Really depends on tank conditions and how long the fry are kept in the tank with the parents,the personality of the oscars etc. Probably 6to8 weeks apart.
A lot of spawnings can be unsuccessfull too.
If the eggs are white they are unfertilised, if they are a light brown colour they are fertilised.
