I have 4 princess, 2 of which are digging holes in the gravel, they also rub themselves sideways on the gravel and bash about. What does this mean?????

Hi Fry,
That is usually pre spawning behaviour
I replied to another post of yours to be more specific. ie if you are talking about the "Princess of Burundi", (Neolamprologus brichardi).
