THANK YOU TONY!!!!!!! I used to love reading this board. Sometimes I would log on 3-5 times a day. Lately I have got to where I hardly ever read it because of the language and the stupid posts that have been on here.

Only admins can "totally" ban someone.

Only if he changes his ip address and registers a new name with a new email address.
