Food?

What else can I feed my Red Devil? Right know I feed him feeders. But I read somewhere that I shouldn't. So what should I feed him?

Yeah feeders should only be a treat once in a blue moon.
Try hikari cichlid pellets, beef heart mix, frozen blood worms,cichlid meal mix.
