Hey,

I was wondering what would be a good sized tank to house 2 full grown oscars?

Right now..I have one 1.5 inch oscar in a 55gal tank.

And would it be a good idea to add an O the same size in the tank? Or should i have bought 2 oscars at the same time?

Any help would be appreciated! DANX

it would have been better in my opinion to purchase the two at the same time, this reduces the risk of incapadbility when adding oscar later. the fact that it is only 1.5 inches shouldn't make it too hard to add another. you could leave the two in the 55, and there is a possiblity that they could stay in there, but most likely they will end up needing a 75, or a 90 gallon preferably.

May also depend on how well you feed or starve them....if you really feed them well they'll grow nice and fast
