I have an albino oscar and a tiger oscar. I was feeding them shrimp pellets and feeder fish. They will not eat the shrimp pellets anymore, and their tank keeps getting cloudy. I have a water pump and I change the water frequently. What else can I do?

Try feeding hikari cichlid pellets.
They may not eat them (if they are too used to the feeders) at first. If this happens let them starve for a few days they will eventually eat them.

Best not to feed oscars feeder due to no nutritional value for them which can make them sick with things like HITH.
Keep the feeders to once a month treat.

How big is the tank?

You dont mention what size tank you have or what type of filtration you use? I would recomend either fluval or eheim canister[these are both popular here in UK] filters able to handle larger tank than you need. You can always regulate the flow rate with tap. If youve got lots of suspended sediment make sure you use a good quality filter wool or pre filter. I feed tetra Doromin food sticks but not sure if theyr'e available in the states
