What kind of nutrition does everyone provide for their red devils? What is necessary/required?

Your comments are welcomed.

A well balanced pellet food is a must, alot use Hikari(and hikari gold), and Tetra Jumbomin, from what I have seen posted by others. You can also feed beef heart, tubifex worms, crickets, earthworms, mealworms. Any insects are good as they are high in protein. I would stay away from feeders as they are more likely to introduce disease into the tank...and they dont have much in the way of nutritional value (unless you raise your own), and there is a strong corolation between long term use of feeders and HITH.

Ditto..
Just watch you dont overfeed as they can eat a lot more than they need.
