Aquarium Tropics "July" I believe did a really good article on JD's such as breeding, tank mates, environment etc. Was rather interesting just for your who cares file. >.=)

I have mentioned the "true blue" Jack dempsey in the past, thought I would include a picture. In case you are wondering about them, they do not get nearly as big as regular breed of JD, and the good news is their temperment is much, much, less aggressive. These are a non dyed or injected colored fish as well.
