table salt for ick!!!

Well I have used table salt with no ill effects but others will say only to use aquarium salt.

Use 1 tablespoon per 10 gallons and raise your temp to 84f for 7 days. This is a very effective and safe way of getting rid of ick and cheap.

table salt for ick!!!

i've heard bad things about table salt, so i havent really tried using it. the reason y they dont recommend it is b/c of the iodine in it. anyways, rock salt is pretty cheap (at least here) its about a dollar to a pound.
