there are small white worms swimming in pebbles tank and sticking to the side! how do i get rid of them? and will they hurt her?

sounds like planaria. it won't hurt your fish, they just look bad. they will go away if you
1. cut down on feeding
2. do a couple good vacuums and water changes
3. add salt and turn up temp on tank
or you can use coppersafe i think it is called to get rid of them chemically
they feed on excess food in the tank, so if you don't have a pleco or other bottom feeder to help clean up after the o, you might consider getting one

Thanks for responding.. few questions....
How much salt and will it hurt pebbles or the pleco with her ( i had one in there but hes pretty lazy LOL) Its a 29 gal tank, and what kind of salt? What temp should i turn it up to? pebbles is about 5 inches and so is the pleco if that matters.

You can add about 1 tablespoons of aquarium salt per 5gallons of water, (table salt has iodine etc...) Also, remember that the salt will not evaporate with the water, so you really have to do a BIG water change if you want to treat again....
