What's wrong with my fish?

My chichlids eyes are covered with a white thick cloud. It's almost as if hie eyes are bulging out. I've treated the tank for ich but its still there. Do u know what else it could be?

do a 50% water change,service the filters then do 20% every 3 days.
If symptoms persist then try and treat with metronidazole or a simular medicine for cloudy eye or popeye.
