Gee, it's only the biggest island/continent/country in one. Same size as USA if you don't count Alaska. Only problem is the majority of the country looks like the surface of mars. The rest looks nice but is populated by venomous everythings.

The pink power ranger thing is needing a pinkish football for daytime and a yellow one for nighttime


Guess thats why our football is expanding ,mexico in 2005 , london in 2007 canada (multiple games 2008)

exibition games already been playing in asia,europe , mexico and canada.
Superbowl being begged for at Wembly stadium in the future.
And by 2012 the NFL may hold a game in ANZ stadium - know where that is?

Before we get to far...
Lets not forget poor Ben Graham , he switched football types since our football was easy , he made it 1/4th of a 1/4th of one game before he decided he couldn't play offense and defense in our football because the impact(s) are too much

Then he took the least physical position in our football,punter.

But he did try some other playing and in 4 years he ran for a total of 2 yards HAHAHA and then he got benched.
So much for the former superstar Geelong fullback

Saverio Rocca is following the same path
Thats just two guys who made teams not those who came all the way here and couldn't make a team.


We've also got
United States Australian Rules Football League (USAFL) here (almost a 50 team league) which most people rarely talk about because good football players here go to (in this order usually) The NFL (our football) , then arena league if they don't make that , next the european arena league, then the cfl (canadian football league) if they can't make an arena league or their offered more money , then previously for a while the XFL (extreme football league) then they take coaching jobs if none of that works some head to the USAFL .

They seem to give away a lot of USAFL tickets on the radio so I guess there just isn't a big fan base here.

not so

school lied to me, but it's the biggest all of those {in one}. So technically I am still right, and yes it may be the only one. Greenland is not a continent. So I believe I'm still correct in what I said. let's rephrase, australia is the biggest land mass that is an island, country and continent at the same time.


As for superbowl, we have grid iron here too, on tv ha ha. 49ers anyone? dad's team.

LoL, you really got Stilllearnin going with that AFL Footy But your "surface of mars" comment gives me good idea, when Australia gets to small for all you convicts we can ship you to Mars , we'll include the venomous everythings for free in case they're scarce on Mars

Ok, on a more serious note, I think rugby would be interesting to watch but I noticed from some videos that the rugby players aren't as big as football players here, maybe that's because they're mostly white guys, not sure how they'd feel about getting crashed into by a huge 6'7" 350 pound black guy (with no soft fat, just thick big bones) with no protective gear. Sure, when everyone you crash into is the same size as you maybe you can get away with it, otherwise plan on starting the game with double or triple number of players so you can quickly replace the ones on the way to the Hospital.
