Hi, Jamal: A couple of questions so that we can help you better:
What size tank?
How big is Oscar?
What other fish are in the tank, and how big are they?
What kind of filtration do you have?
Have you tested the water?
In the meantime, since the smell is almost certainly from ammonia build-up, do a 50% water change, and cut back on the amount you're feeding.
