ok i think about when i get my 75 gallon n what to do with it
i was thinkn about getting 2 filter, a Reg. one thats on top of the tank n a undergravel one......how does the undergravel one work...does it come all together or do i have to buy stuff serpter and how do i hopp it up? what size should i get for a 75 gallon.....Im gonna use sand,, how much sand should i use for a 75 gallon? What type of driftwood should i put in the tank?

Driftwood, decorations and sand are up to your personal preference. Don't use an undergravel filter with Oscars! Oscars, along with many other large Cichlid species, move the gravel around, creating bare areas on the UGF's plate. The water then bypasses the gravel, and the renders the UGF useless. Stick with power or canister filters! 

Yeah, it would be a big waste of money for an undergravel filter. The ones on the top of the tanks aren't too good either.

If your using sand, make sure you wash it really well. O's like to dig, so I didn't use sand. I used a very fine gravel that they can get in their mouths. They like to eat it up and let it fall out of their gills.
