I am currently trying to heal my oscar of HITH.  I am trying to make sure that he gets a good veriety in foods.
i have 2 different kind of pellet, frozen silver fish, frozen beaf heart, frozen blood worm, frozen chiclid melody, whay type of veggies and meats should i feed??? I have heard that they need vitamin C in their diet. . what type of food is good to feed them with vitamin C????

hmm, I feed my O and blue acaras earthworms from my backyard.  After a rain, I just go out and dig up as many as I need.  My cichlids relish them, the smallest acara actually spotted it in my hand above the water and jumped!  I was so startled that I dropped it, luckily into the tank.  Just make sure you rinse them extremely well, you don't know what kind of stuff they have on 'em.
