ONE OF MY O'S IS SICK AND I THINK ITS ABOUT TO DIE WHEN I LOOKED AT IT TO DAY IN WAS FLOTING AT THE TOP OF THE TANK LIKE IT WAS DEAD AND WHEN I WENT TO TAKE IT OUT IT STARTED TO MOVE WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT? IS GOING TO MAKE THE OTHER FISH SICK?

He could be playing dead. Mine floats at the top of the tank or bottom when one of my other O's is picking on him, or he's upset. Oscar's do sulk if something upsets them.

That's true, but I believe you should also check a few things:

How big are your O'?
What size tank are your O's in?
What is current pH of your water?
What are ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate readings?
