If they appear normal, and are feeding, keep giving them time.  I have an Acara that after a tank change a couple of months ago has only just started to come out from his hiding place with the lights on.  Talking of lights, yours aren't too bright are they, I only have half the lighting on on my cichlid tanks as too much light can drive them into hiding, you could try them without lighting for a few days to get them used to their surroundings without it, but some fish just simply take longer to acclimatise to their new surroundings.

The reply by altaaffe is correct -- Oscars are especially prone to hiding, lying on the gravel, feeling sorry for themselves, etc. after any change in their surroundings. Give them a couple of weeks to adjust, and they'll be fine. --Mark

Small fish have a natural fear of being eaten,  If they were raised in a smaller tank and suddenly they are in a large one I imagine they would be feeling a bit insecure.........
