When My fish are scraping themselfs...1 or 2 of them will rub up against things in the tank, like if they inch or something?? Any help

Depends.. IT could be a pH problem, as it was HIGH then went low OR visa-versa..
A NEW tank, and that could be HIGH ammonia, to NITRITES.. In a tank that has been running for months, check for NITRATES..

Do you check these weekly AND is this a NEW tank??

I dont' like to treat for a parasite that you might NOT have.. SO check the above..

Usually a good tank cleaning and CLEAN filter is all that is needed... BUT dont' rule out the pesky parasite just yet..

have noticed that sum of my fish are getting white spots on them?? What does this mean..??

Sounds like ICH.. The first link should go to a site with pics of fish with ICH,  so Go here and READ what to do and USE for medication.. REMOVE carbon from the filter..
