Very nice collection! The 350 should work fine, at least for awhile, if you're really good with your feeding and water changing. My personal experience is that more is better, at least up to a point. Oscars are very heavy-bodied fish, and very messy eaters. Sometimes it can seem like they're spitting out more than they swallow. I have come to the practice of using two filters on my cichlid-bearing 55's. One combination I use and like is the Penguin 350 along with an Eheim 2213. There are of course other good, choices -- you could even use two of the 350's. The single Penguin should certainly work fine to start with, but as your O grows, be prepared to re-evaluate whether you might need to add another.
Good luck with your Oscar. They're really great pets!
