When i netted jagger he pulled a few scales fighting and it just all of a sudden looks Bigger and its like fuzzy.... I put some stuff thats for ich and fungus to see if that helped..Any ideas?

He died last night..i dont know what happend..he was perfectly normal besides that spot...should i still just treat the tank for a few days to make shure pebbles dosent get sick?

Hi Chancy,

Sorry to hear about that. Well I guess you did all you could, and yea you should definitely clean out the tank, take out all the water clean it etc....otherwise yea, treat it with anti-biotics, anti-fungus etc...for several days....

the white fuzzy area around the wound was an infection, i don't know if that is what killed it, usually a small scrape heals up quickly if the water quality is good. make sure you are changing your water enough and have enough filtration. if so, pebbles should be ok.

yea, mold, fungus etc...could grow from an infection...like stoli said make sure the water quality is good, that's usually the best medicine/prevention ...
