I have a 55 gallon tank right now with 2 Oscars, 2 jack Dempsey's, 2 Green terrors, 5 convicts, 1 unknown breed, and a blood parrot. They are all really small right now but in a few months I have to get rid of some i was wondering which ones i should get rid of and how many i need to when they get bigger. Also 2 of the convicts are a mating pair.

Wow.  That's a lot of tough guys in one tank.  I don't think anyone but you can decide which to keep, but for sure most of those won't be able to stay.  You seem to have loaded your ark 2 by 2, and if your pairs get along that would be one way to decide (pair of O's or pair of GT's, etc.)  I don't see you being able to keep more than one pair of any of those in a 55 long term.
