Should we UPGRADE the Forums Software? Right now we are running Vbulletin 2.2.8 which is quite old. (Granted
it has more feature hacked in...)

Tough call. On the one hand, this has a nice, comfortable feel to it. On the other, it is undeniably starting to show its age relative to other sites.
