Hi, Juan:
No need to panic, there are always options. As to the cost of the 75, they aren't out of reach new these days - it's the peripherals that can add up. Gravel, lights, heater, hood, stand, etc. I recommend keeping a sharp eye out in the classifieds of your local penny-saver type newspapers that you see in the grocery stores. You can frequently find pretty good deals there. Also check things like Craig's Lists. The classified sections of forums like this can be a good source -- I've picked up a couple of tanks that way. See if there's a local aquarium club you can join. The dues are usually next to nothing, and you can sometimes get great deals from fellow members who for whatever reason need to get rid of equipment (I got a 75 that way -- fully equipped). The other advantage of the clubs is that they often have educational programs at their meetings, and members show and swap fish. I'm certainly not saying you should do this, but if you're not sure you can adequately house all 4 Oscars you might be able to return a couple of them to your lfs. Most stores would like to keep your good will -- you'll probably end up spending more there on food and supplies than on fish, so they'd usually like to keep your business. Stay cool -- it's supposed to be fun! (LOL!)
