A vivarium is like a terrarium with 1/4 water. An paludarium is 1/2 water. They are good habitats for amphibians
no need to feel like an idiot not many people no what it is

oh I see well now I know. What are you looking to house in the tank? I've set up a few of them for frogs and turtles that my boyfriends kids have brought home at one time or another. I usually just use regular aquarium gravel and build a pool at one end and take it up to the higher ground on the other end. pieces of rock like slate are also good to kinda hold the gravel in plce or build up the ground.
