Green terror and oscars

can green terrors and oscars live in the same tank? and if so what size tank?

They can live together, then again most fish can. It all depends on your fishes personality. A mean fish won't tolerate any tankmates, but the same species with a gentler personality will tolerate most tankmates. Did that make any sense? So answer in my opinion is yes. You will need a large tank however, I'd say about 100 gal. Terror's get pretty big. I've seen them as big as 9/10" in peoples tanks so they need as much room as an Oscar when full grown.

I agree with tug on both accounts. I would suggest that 90 gal be the smallest size to try. Green Terrors do get quite large. I found them to be fairly picky with food and shy not only with mi but with other tank mates as well, so suggest raising Oscar with green terror from same age roughly. You might have to work harder at a relationship with your green terror because of the shyness.
