Other Creatures with Cichlids?

Hey Deepseafisher!
It's funny that you should write me now, b/c just last night I put up my first post in a while!
I could use your expertise again...
well, i upgraded to a 45g and I returned several of the fishes to a local for some store credit. The guys I kept (and a picture of the 45g) are in my photo gallery here. I'm still looking to refine the IDs on the few I kept and if I can add any others to the tank and what type would be most compatible. (and anything else I don't know that I don't know! :)
Thanks for the inquiry!

Other Creatures with Cichlids?

Okay, heres the deal. I´m in another country right now (on an exchange program) and don´t have time to answer much, or make long extended posts (as is my custom...lol). If one of the other Cichlidfish Gurus could help him for a while, I would be really appreciative. I won´t check this site Often down here (I have a LOT to do), so PM if you need anything specific.

If there´s something specific you need, ask away...It may be a while before I respond though...

i would have to say that your tank is not over stocked. in fact to keep your africans alive in a 29 you need every bit of 20 africans. if not you will lose them all. you must have good filtration though. see the more your tank os stocked the less fighting over territory. with africans you need more fish for smaller tanks. but you do need to upgrade your tank. i just hope you don't have the wrong species mixed together cause if you do it wouldn't matter what size your tank is. some species are highly agressive and some are less agressive.
